Metafit™ was devised by Justin Corcoran, a former Royal Marine Commando and Nick Darling, a former national gymnast. It combines traditional bodyweight exercises targeting the largest muscle groups with the latest interval and Tabata techniques to set the metabolism on fire!

 

 

Why does Metafit™ get such great results?

To burn fat you need to change the resting metabolism, work big muscle groups with high intensity intervals. By pushing your body beyond the limits of its aerobic energy system, you create a state known as "afterburn" or "excess post-exercise oxygen consumption" (EPOC) - a measurably increased rate of oxygen intake following strenuous activity. The body then burns more calories whilst at rest in order to restore its energy stores - a process that keeps the metabolism elevated for up to 24 hours after you workout!
