JBPT Gold Membership FAQs

How many sessions can I attend each month?

The Gold membership entitles you to 13 classes per month (equivalent to 3 per week). An additional bonus of your membership is complimentary access to our weekly Run JB club.

Do I have to attend the same sessions every week?

A major benefit of your Gold membership is that you do not have to attend the same classes each week. For example, if you normally attend Ultrabox on Monday nights but can’t make it one week due to a birthday celebration or work commitment, then you have can attend Parkfit, Metafit or Pilates instead.

How do I book onto the sessions I want to attend?

As a Gold member you have priority access to online class booking either via our website or the JBPT app. The app makes class booking far easier, quicker, and more transparent, as you can view the schedule of all classes you have booked via the app.

What happens when I am on holiday or away with work?

As a Gold member, you have the freedom and flexibility to book your three classes per week however you choose. So no more wasted sessions due to work or personal commitments!

What happens during JBPT Holiday Weeks?

JBPT's normal timetable will not apply during JBPT Holiday Weeks. There will be six JBPT Holiday Weeks every year, which will be published a minimum of six months in advance on the JBPT website and reflected in the class availability on the online booking system.

Does Gold Membership include the Five Days of Summer and Christmas Fitness?

Yes you are still entitled to come to the same number of classes during these special events.

Class Cancellation Policy

In the event that you can no longer attend a class that you have already booked, you must cancel as soon as possible via our MindBody Class Booking System to give others the opportunity to attend in your place. The following deadlines will apply:

Morning Classes (6:30am and 7:00am start) - 10pm the night before

Daytime and Evening Classes - 4 hours before class start time

There will be no penalty for cancellations made before these deadlines ("Early Cancellations"). However, for cancellations made after these deadlines ("Late Cancellations") the session credit will be forfeited (i.e. that session will count towards your entitlement of three sessions per week).

Run Club Membership

Run JB Membership is a complimentary benefit for JBPT Gold members. Existing Run JB members can therefore cancel the separate recurring payment for Run JB as soon as they sign up for Platinum Membership. The cancellation policy will not apply for Run JB sessions - there will be no penalty for late cancellations.

Can family members or friends use my Gold membership or attend the sessions I miss?

No, unfortunately all memberships are specific to the individual and sessions cannot be transferred to friends or family.

Is there a minimum age for Members?

Yes, all members must be 18 years or over.

Who can use the New Guest Passes?

Gold Members are entitled to two new guest passes every month. Guests must not be previous or existing customers of JBPT and the same guest can only attend once. You must notify us in advance when you wish to use your guest passes, so guests can be contacted with relevant joining instructions.

Is there a Joining Fee?

No. However as an unlimited number of Gold memberships are available, a £50 refundable deposit is required to reserve your membership place. This shall be refunded as soon as your first monthly payment of £100 is received.
