5K to 5M in 5 weeks Training Plan

The perfect follow on plan for those who have recently finished their first 5K. Our 5 week training plan will take you to 5 Miles with 3 key training sessions per week. These plans introduce runners to tempo training sessions, which are crucial in delevoping the speed of the runner.

Reading Half Marathon 2016 Training Plans

The next Reading Half Marathon will take place on Sunday 3rd April 2016  If you have already, or plan to, sign up then it is time to get serious about training! Do not fear - we've put together a training plan to keep you on track. Phase One (click the thumbnail below) will take you from October right through to Christmas 2015.  Phase Two (click the thumbnail below) will take you from January to "Race Ready" by the beginning of April.
