What is included in our Personal Training Packages:

  • One-to-one personal training sessions with personal trainers specialising in weight loss dedicated to achieving your goals.
  • A personalised exercise programme specifically designed to achieve your goals and continuously monitored and revised by your personal trainer.
  • Nutritional guidance based on a healthy eating pattern that you can sustain, reinforced by weekly food diary feedback from your personal trainer.
  • Before and after photographs and regular statistics charts compiled by your personal trainer to illustrate how far you have progressed to achieving your goals and provide an extra motivational boost.

 

 

Our Personal Training Philosophy

We only train clients who are READY to COMMIT and make sacrifices to achieving their goals. All that we ask is that you commit to eiither one or two hours a week to train with us. In between our session we recommend a further one to two hours a week to include regular exercise.  Lastly we ask every client to open their mind to change. 

We believe that exercise should be FUN and ENJOYABLE in its own right (there are so many ways of working out we will help you find the one that will motivate you to exercise more regularly)

We believe IF IT AIN'T RAINING, IT AINT TRAINING! Mental toughness is half the battle - if you really want something, you will find time, if not, you will find an excuse....
(so make sure you purchase some waterproofs if you haven't got some already!)
